Policies and Delivery

Orders placed will take a 21 working day to be processed, everything is handmade by myself and only me. 

Delivery is done through Evri unless stated otherwise, please allow 2-3 working days for this to get to you, once it has been sent I am unable to accept responsibility if the item is lost. 
Standard delivery is tracked. 

I will only allow refunds if the items comes broken, or it has a fault, photos of proof will need to be sent. 

I will not allow refunds for items which aren’t to your liking because they don’t fit or you have you have changed your mind. 

If you want to send your item back, then once I have received this item in the same way it was sent then you will receive a refund.
